IPHONE 4S 32GB ALMOST NEW FAULTY SIGNAL MAKE ME AN OFFER +

I bought this phone off this website just a few months ago and after i collected the iphone i realised the signal wasnt working i tried to contact the seller but he didnt get back to me. i havent took the phone in to get a repair as i havent had the time to get it sorted i dont know the problem with the phone but as seen in the pictures this is fantastic condition and the only problem i have found is the ability to find signal. im sure this will be a cheep process to do and may even be able to be done themselves however i am unsure of this. i have been using this phone as an ipod touch and to get the features of siri, the amazing retina display and the 8 megapixel camera.
