COMES PRE-INSTALLED WITH SOME GAMES OR CAN RESET TO FACTORY IF YOU LIKE. ITS WHITE WITH NO SCRATCHES ON THE SCREEN AT ALL. EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD only reason for sale is due to upgrading to iphone 4s its has prince of persia installed grandtheft auto 3 and a few other games its locked to 02 but 02 allow you to unlock it for free so just waiting for 02 to get back to me about that but will work with any tesco or 02 sim at the moment
