Iphone 3gs 8gb and 16gb for swap for a 32gb iphone +

hi i have a jailbroken to ios5 iphone 3gs 8 black unlocked it has lot of scratches in the screen and back but no cracks and another 16gb iphone dosent work dont know whats wrong i think its the charger port coz it started paying with it and compleately dum now.think can be fixed. but thaught the shops will play me and bought the 8gb one second hand but the memory is not enough for me so thaught to swap both for a 32 gb one 16gb white comes in a box but no charger or earphone 8gb one im currently using dont have a box but comes with charger no earphone i like to give both phones to swap with a iphone 3gs 32gb unlocked
